Barcelona’s nightlife is tireless, with the endless selection of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and discos it is impossible not to taste the great atmosphere of this metropolis.
To begin an evening, it may be a good idea trying out several bars in one night, referred to as bar tapas. Gràcia and Barri Gòtic districts has of personality and a good number of outdoor bars and cafés in the squares.
Barcelona offer some great food, reasonably prices, combined with good service and a friendly atmosphere. It is worth venturing through the city to savour some inspiring menus and delicious wines, example: Barceloneta, Vila Olímpica, el Born, Diagonal.
The rest of the evening depends on the energy you have, discos and nightclubs. Also clubs with live music, from jazz to flamenco, African and even classical music. Excellent theatre shows offer other more relaxed forms of entertainment, as do the movies in the cinema's. Nightlife starts very late in the evening in Barcelona. |
